HistoAI

HistoAI - O is specially designed for bone histomorphometry measurements.

Poor sectioning frequently poses difficulties in traditional automatic measurement in bone histomorphometry, often requiring manual tracing. Machine learning makes automatic measurement more attainable. The example here shows the masks generated with models trained for Goldner-stained undecalcified trabecular bone, compared to the result from traditional thresholding. Additional training data will incrementally improve the performance of the model.

Classic thresholding vs AI in bone
HistoAI-O

HistoAI is our machine learning software. It's currently in its beta-testing phase. Please contact us if you are interested in testing our software with your data.

HistoAI-M

HistoAI - M aims to segment individual muscle fibers within the muscle fiber bundle. The current muscle model has been trained with images of samples stained with both Laminin and H&E (courtesy of Hesse lab).

The example to the right shows the result obtained using HIstoAI-M with processing time of only few minutes. It demonstrates that the AI tool can substantially reduce the amount of work and time needed for analyzing muscle sections.
